You've seen the flick, right? Remember the scene where Annelle goes haywire on the Christmas decor for the front porch? Well, I have always dreamed of having a front porch large enough to do just that, hopefully tastefully. It's a large space and my budget is limited when it comes to frivolous spending, how sad huh? With that in mind though, I am pleased with it. I do need to get the ladder up higher, but I cannot bring myself to screw anything into the stucco. Suggestions?
My only fear: Terry will crowd this gorgeous canvas in December with Christmas blow-ups (we have 5....yes, I said 5, all from his days with Christmas in the Nighttime Skies). Pray for us. Pray that Terry will forget about those blow ups. Pray they all suffered irreparable tears from our move. Pray that I won't be blamed.....
For now, enjoy our autumn porch:

looks fabulous! My prayers are with you :)
So inviting and homey. I love fall decorations. I love your style. I wish I had an ounce of it, but none is what I have. I think you took it all.
Love it! I'm so jealous that I will only have a quarter (maybe!) of the porch that you do! So, maybe a half a bale of hay and one corn stalk will be enough for me! And about the Christmas blow-ups-- two words for you, D.I. If they somehow got lost (aka- sent to the D.I.), then there would be no blow-ups to worry about!
LOVE IT! It looks like home!
Would those command strip hooks work?
