Push Pause

*Updated with Allie's picture. Also, I realize I haven't updated this blog with house pictures. I have a ton of them, but my computer crashed (using my mini-laptop now) with my two favorite photo programs that enable me to update my blog lickety-split. After I take Makenna to school, I will try and upload photos of our house cave-man style on this machine. By the way, our house is FINISHED (with the exception of painting the front door and shutters). More about that later :) Laurel, what say you to a Cafe Rio celebration?? :) I love that you love Cafe Rio as much as I do.

I don't want that pause button on for too long, just long enough to remember the most important things in my life: the love I have for my Savior Jesus Christ who helps me daily in cherishing my family. We may be in a transitional period that causes tempers to be short, items to be lost, and desires to be insatiable; but at the end of the day we can gather together and be thankful for what is good in our life. There truly is a lot. I hope the next two weeks can pass with patience and gratitude for all that we have.

In the meantime, Tuesday was a first for Makenna. Allie loved her first day Wednesday and is quite upset she doesn't attend every day. Here's a sneak peak:

The insatiable desires are for Cafe Rio, aren't they?? That has nothing to do with your "transition period", every time you eat it, you ingest more of the habit forming chemical they put in it... just saying.
